Here is a list of food families. Use this list to create a 4-day diet rotation. Never eat food from the same family food for two days in a row. For example, nightshade vegetables (tomato, potato, eggplant and peppers) are eaten in a single day. If you feel better in the other three days that you do on the day of his "Night", then you know that this is a problem for you.

To create an easy to follow the rotation diet allergies, create a spreadsheet with four columns. Take the list above, and divide it into four days of diet. Remember that eating food each family only once in a period of four days. Use a family of different foods for each food category every day.

For example:

On day 1, the protein would be the group of poultry.
On day 2, eating in the group of crustaceans.
On Day 3, eat in the meat group, etc.

Be sure to taste the foods that do not normally eat. Remember that foods that make your normal diet are causing hidden food allergies. Extend your food taste and try some new foods. You may be surprised at how many new flavors and textures that you learn to love.

If you feel better after following this diet for several weeks and then slowly and gradually try to introduce new foods. Just add one new food every few days (see next section on introducing foods to your diet for more details about this process). Keep a food diary of symptoms to monitor their reactions to new foods, and exercise caution.

You may find that over time are able to eat certain foods at long intervals. For example, if corn is a problem for you, you can find after the diet and evidence that can be eaten once every week or every two weeks.

All of these tests and monitoring may seem a lot of work, but need to learn about your body and your allergic reactions to help you achieve your goal to a gluten-free diet. The relief I feel the removal of allergens will be well worth it and the help I can help you lose weight too.

Allergy or intolerance?

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010

It is hardly unusual nowadays to hear someone say 'I can not eat wheat "or" I have problems if you eat dairy, or one of many other foodstuffs. Both food intolerance and food allergies are increasing, and can have a major impact on your quality of life should be unlucky enough to suffer from them.

First, go to the semantics of form. The allergy causes an almost immediate response and can be dangerous for life – airways become swollen, inflamed tissue, blood pressure drops and the person enters what is called anaphylactic shock. Some of the most common trigger foods for this are the nuts and shellfish.

The severity of this response is due to malfunctioning immune system that causes the body to produce antibodies against a certain type of food. Every time food is eaten, it triggers an immediate reaction. Exposure to allergens over there, the more severe the reaction is. So at first, eating a peanut, can cause low-level, but each time the subsequent reaction becomes stronger until it is life threatening without medical intervention. The only answer is to completely avoid trigger foods.

Food intolerance produces symptoms much lower level, although it can seriously affect quality of life. Health problems can range from colds, sinusitis, digestive disorders, skin rash or skin problems, fatigue and hyperactivity, hives, migraine, eczema, asthma and even joint pain. Generally, a delayed reaction, which means it is difficult to identify any food with ease.

As symptoms are usually mild and widespread, despite a battery of tests that the doctor finds no physical condition to explain them, the problem is often labeled psychosomatic.

Intolerance usually occurs in response to a number of factors, including a weakened body system in general due to poor nutritional status or health, or over-exposure to a food product to chemical toxins in the environment. It is almost always commonly eaten foods that are causing the problem – wheat, the most common and milk in the west, although nearly all foods may cause intolerance.

The overall pattern of food intolerance often begins with a problem with some commonly eaten foods. As things progress, new sensibilities and new symptoms, less commonly consumed foods. If the problem remains unsolved up to 20 or 30 foods can be problematic over the years.

At one point the best way to determine an intolerance was by carrying out an elimination diet, where all the food we eat are normally excluded for a period of time and then reintroduce them slowly to see if they cause a response. This can be time consuming and difficult to maintain.

Today, many people turn to a form of intolerance test called electro-skin test, which has its roots in the theories of quantum physics. Everything is laid out a strong signal, and by forming a circuit and spending power signals from a range of food products through its own energy field of the customer, is easy to see what, if anything, will cause a imbalance. A report is produced, gives instant results.

If there are some foods to be problematic, to exclude food for a few months of the diet, while also working to build the underlying weakness of the system that have contributed to intolerance, it is often possible to reintroduce the food to the diet at a later stage. So no, unlike food allergy, intolerance or sensitivity to certain foods have to be a life sentence!

Other factors could be causing a reaction of intolerance may be the environment. We are exposed to a wide range of pollen, chemicals and other toxins xenophobia that can cause problems in sensitive individuals. In fact, our exposure to chemical toxins at present is enormous, and this toxicity is believed to underlie many chronic health problems. So if you think your health problems could be as much a problem of intolerance, you need to see a professional to check out your diet and nutritional status and determine what might be causing problems.
